  1. Manajemen Program studi Manajemen di STIE Goro dirancang untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan dalam mengelola bisnis dan organisasi. Mahasiswa akan mempelajari berbagai aspek manajemen, seperti perencanaan strategis, pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, dan pengelolaan keuangan. Lulusan program ini diharapkan mampu menjadi manajer yang kompeten dan inovatif di berbagai sektor industri.
  2. Akuntansi Program studi Akuntansi bertujuan untuk mencetak lulusan yang memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang akuntansi keuangan, perpajakan, audit, dan sistem informasi akuntansi. Dengan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan standar industri, mahasiswa akan dibekali dengan kemampuan analitis dan teknis yang diperlukan untuk menjadi akuntan profesional yang handal di dunia bisnis maupun sektor publik.
  3. Ekonomi Pembangunan Program studi Ekonomi Pembangunan mengajarkan mahasiswa tentang berbagai teori dan kebijakan ekonomi yang berperan dalam pembangunan nasional. Mahasiswa akan mempelajari bagaimana kebijakan ekonomi dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Lulusan program ini dapat bekerja di sektor pemerintah, lembaga penelitian, maupun organisasi internasional yang berfokus pada pembangunan ekonomi.
  4. Keuangan dan Perbankan Program studi Keuangan dan Perbankan memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang manajemen keuangan, investasi, dan sistem perbankan. Mahasiswa akan dibekali dengan pengetahuan mengenai strategi investasi, pengelolaan risiko, serta regulasi perbankan yang berlaku. Lulusan dari program ini memiliki peluang karier yang luas, mulai dari sektor perbankan, perusahaan investasi, hingga lembaga keuangan lainnya.

PROGRAM S2

1.Business Administration (Human Resource Management): is the effective use of relevant human resources inside and outside an organization through recruitment, selection, training, compensation and other forms of management under the guidance of economic and humanistic thinking, to meet the current and future development needs of the organization, ensure the achievement of organizational goals and maximize the development of members. It is the whole process of predicting organizational human resource needs and making human resource demand plans, recruiting and selecting personnel for effective organization, evaluating performance and paying rewards for effective incentives, and combining organizational and individual needs for effective development to achieve optimal organizational performance. Through various teaching methods such as case analysis, group discussion and business practice, students can gain a deeper understanding of the logic of business operations.

2.Management: is a comprehensive interdisciplinary field that systematically studies the basic laws and general methods of management activities. Management was created to meet the needs of modern socialized mass production. Its purpose is to study how to increase the level of productivity through rational organization and allocation of human, financial, material and other factors under the existing conditions.

3.Financial Management: is the management of asset acquisition (investment), capital financing (financing), cash flow (working capital) in operations, and profit distribution under certain overall objectives. Financial management is a component of business management, which is an economic management task that organizes financial activities and handles financial relationships in accordance with financial regulations and principles of financial management. Simply put, financial management is an economic management task that organizes the financial activities of an enterprise and handles financial relationships.

4.Marketing Management: a discipline that studies consumer behaviour, brand management, and strategic communication, is constantly evolving with the rapid development of marketing technology (MarTech). In particular, the combination of artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain offers vast employment opportunities in this innovative field. Master’s programs in marketing typically include courses in consumer behaviour analysis, digital marketing and social media strategy, big data and marketing analytics, and brand management and communication.

5.Educational Management: is the activity process in which managers organize and coordinate the educational team, fully utilize the information of educational manpower, financial resources, and material resources, and efficiently achieve the goals of educational management by taking advantage of various favourable conditions within the educational system.
